I lost a lot of weight! I have lost and gained back more weight all my life though. From what I hear that is really bad for your heart.

I had to stop eating hamburger because every time I bit down on a hard ball of fat I'd get sick and couldn't eat for awhile after that. Yes a dainty flower I am...:)
