Why can't I buy a souvenir of Newark at the Newark airport?

I spend time there on every trip, so I want a souvenir, but all the trinkets are souvenirs of New York City.


My goal is to make a wind chime using souvenir teaspoons.

Newark as a pretty bad reputation and that's probably why they don't have any souveneirs.
