Help me on an application I'm filling out!

So I'm filling out a job application. In the space, "Reason for leaving," how do I write: "My boss is an irrational, stupid, bully that engages in retaliation, blames everyone else for his problems, and thinks that there's nothing wrong with the economy," without sounding bitter?

although "Because homicide is still illegal" would certainly get their attention.:)

6. Don't add a qualifier. "Seeking growth opportunity."

Let them assume and draw conclusions without thinking you have any bitterness. It shows class and professionalism.
