3. I've heard that you can't have an unknown car towed from your driveway anyway
Or, if you do, you're legally liable for it.


Anyone know if that's true?

4. Round here, unless it's posted, you have to call the cops.
They'll get it towed.

No law against boxing it in, and charging 5 bucks an hour parking fee though.
