Of course, the first few months I was there I though Zippy the kangaroo was a cow. The pouch looks like utters. I figured someone was being clever-- like naming a turtle 'speedy'.

75. Viking, Bruin, Eagle
My HS's hockey uniform looked exactly like the Boston Bruins, except it had the letter P in the center.

81. None! Seems to be a more American thing.
At my secondary school there was a crane in the school logo ... and the school motto was "vigilance". However it didn't have a name, it was more of a "business logo" than a mascot.

85. Mine were
Beaver, Falcon, Warriors (they've changed the mascot, it was like a Revolutionary War type mascot then. Now it's the Wildcats), Spartans, and Terriers.

90. Crimson Eagles
retired when Andrew Warde HS absorbed the hated crosstown rival Roger Ludlowe (booooooooo!) and became Fairfield High School.

Second HS (small, private) had no mascot; years earlier, its teams had been known as the Maroons.

College: Chargers, then, of course, Bulldogs or Elis.

97. The Ramsey Rams, The Shades Valley Mountaineers.
The Rams, I got. Ramsey...Rams.
But the Mountaineers I didn't get.
Oh, the Mounty was a cartoon 'hillbilly'.
Bearded, barefoot, wearing a beat up slouch hat and grasping a long rifle and a jug of 'corn squeezins'.
Maybe because we were the 'valley' high school so they picked an opposite mountaintop mascot?
I dunno.
Lame, anyway.

99. Wolves, Mountaineers, Wildcats, Generals
Those are the ones I can remember. I went to one school that doesn't exist anymore and I have no clue what the mascot was. I just Googled the 4th-5th grade school and it has what looks like Cheetahs all over the website. Looks like the school I went to for the first few months of 4th grade doesn't have a mascot.
