And yes, my roommate is awesome - especially after I took her to 2 bars promising her they would be one thing and here, in the last 6 months, they've been converted to something else.

Bar #1 - we were the only white people in there (but we had fun and played pool for 2 hours). Turns out Friday night is Hip-Hop night.
Bar #2 - we were the only women in there. I swore six months ago this place was for live bands but here the owner retired and the new owners made it a gay bar. But that was definately a fun place!
