6. Comes and goes, but reliably from 4:00 am.

2. I reliably have that problem beginning somewhere between 4:00 AM and 4:30 AM,

and lasting anywhere from a few minutes to half an hour

Sometimes, all my internet access times out; sometimes I can restore service by changing my DNS or IPS; sometimes only a few websites are affected. Every node of the web is going to require periodic maintenance, and my guess is that many nodes pick some time in the wee hours of the AM to do maintenance
