I've spoken with a number of people in the under-30 crowd who seem to think he's a good actor.

But the rest of us know the truth.

His whole schtick is that crazy, cartoonish hyper-emoting that was common in silent film and ridiculous even then.

5. I'm about his age

and I don't think he's a great actor. I've only seen one of his movies and he was competent. I, however, don't understand how he's getting so many movies, particularly action movies. I definitely don't see him winning any Oscars.
