...for doing my job, near as I can tell. :nuke: Actually, I was simply the first available target for him to take his frustrations out on. I know because that was one of the first things he yelled. As for me, having had my fill of people (my mother, in particular) yelling at me in my younger years, I stood my ground and argued back, calmly. And when I say "boss" I mean "company president," who is long overdue for retirement.
I'm thinking that 5 years of watching innovative ideas get squashed by excessively conservative management might be my limit. I will keep an ear to the ground when the economy oozes back to life, I think, and work on my professional development (like paper publishing) in the meantime.
