It's gallstones. Will see doctor today to decide what to do. He is a Chinese Osteopath, so his treatment is unconventional (he's upsetting the other docs at our local hospital coz people are going to him in droves as word gets out. He just moved here from FL)
Anyhow, I'm relieved (sorta coz I'm still not feeling that great). I'll let you all know what happens.
Thanks for being here during my whining sessions.

But treatable. Hope you feel better. Our neighbor has the same thing. They thought it was several other things, but just a gallstone.

I got my Gallbladder taken out in 2007 after I passed one and the Doctors said I still had 4 more on the way...
Those things hurt like hell...I hope you find relief soon

I'm hoping I don't need surgery mainly because I don't have health insurance. So I gotta find a way to treat it without.

Wow, I'd be careful with messing around with gallstones... They can get trapped in a duct or block a duct and be serious...think Andy Warhol.
Good luck...I've walked that rocky road.

5. MAYBE a change of diet will help but |
|
Almost all the gallstone treatments that help have to do with surgery of some sort (removal generally) but I have heard that sometimes eating a strict diet will help control the worst symptoms but that likely won't make the problem go away...My dad actually went to the hospital thinking he was having a heart attack, then when that wasn't the case thought it was bad heartburn but it turned out to be gallstones. And yes, he had his gall bladder removed.

6. I went back on the macrobiotic diet and I can feel a huge improvement |
|
But I can tell they are still banging around in there. Dr. Chin has told me last week if it was stones he has a way to treat them without surgery.

Relatively speaking, that is. Good to hear it's a problem with a fix.
Judging from some of your past posts this must be somewhat of a relief. A shitty one, but still.
