Woohoo! Now using the elliptical trainer at ramp stage 2. 30 mins today so far.
Might hop on for another 20, or wait until tomorrow as I felt more burn today than usual.

The blubber WILL come off. Without a DIY lipo kit.

I only want ONE bulge to show.

Because nobody is worthy of it without good reason! :evilgrin:

1. Did you ever quit gluten?
I remember eons ago, well before I found out I was celiac (or had even heard the word), you were trying to get to the root of your pins-and-needles sensations and somebody suggested cutting out gluten. I mention it because odd pins-and-needles sensations were (was) a symptom I experienced as well. I've been off gluten a year and a half; weight and chins just dropped off. I had energy to exercise for the first time pretty much ever, but all I do is 20 pushups and 10 minutes on exercise pedals, every other day. I feel strong for the first time since I was 8 years old. I'm no longer lactose-intolerant (which only developed when I was 40, so doesn't necessarily apply to you). And assorted anxiety disorders just evaporated. At the least, try B12 supplements; can't possibly hurt and might help a lot. For further info, refer to my DU journal, where I never shut up about this, or celiac.com. Regardless, congratulations on your elliptical trainer accomplishment, and best of luck.

2. I should be doing B12 supplements -- thx for the info on gluten;
many pins/needles problems are improved by exercise and I feel more energetic.

I just hope the economy doesn't kilter because I'm feeling better, AM going to get down to a real weight, and actually prosper.

3. B1 also. Might as well go with all the Bs;
they're all water-soluble, so if you take too much you'll just pee it out. Here's the poop from the Merck Manual: http://www.merck.com/mmhe/sec09/ch125/ch125a.html
It's searchable, so only consult it on low-hypochondria days. (Voice of experience here.)
