2. we haven't had a good one yet this year
but it's a little hairy because i ride my bike or walk to work most days. i got home about 30 seconds before the hail started yesterday

6. Thunderstorms are one of the things I miss most
They are so rare here in the Bay Area that on the few occasions we've had them, they are front page news.



Earthquakes below a 6 on the Richter scale are buried on page 8 or so. :P

8. they seem to be getting more infrequent here
i remember a lot more of them as a kid. we've normally had at least a few good ones by this time of year, we've had little bitty ones, but no real ones since august.

13. Your dad and I sat on the curb
in front of 2941 and watched all sorts of storms coming in when you and your sister were doing the summer of "i am so exciting". The clouds were awesome, dad was actually good company, and I worried about the both of you the whole time. Circa 1987 :loveya:
