I believe it was 325 or 350 till it's done, depends on the size somewhat.

at 350 for about 1 1/2 hours, more or less. If it is nicely brown and the legs are loose, it's done. Let it sit at room temp for 5 minutes before you cut it.

one hour, then check to see if it needs a little more time. I tent it with some aluminum foil for the first 30 minutes, then take that off to let the hen brown.
