Ever look out the window and see something so totally random?

I was at Barnes and Noble for my lunch break, reading a book in one of the chairs along the window. And I look outside for a split second as it starts to rain and thunder. And in the corner of my eye, I see an old man--probably in his 70s or 80s--all decked out in green golf gear and a fedora hat. And he's holding a putter and putting golf balls in the three foot swale between the store and the parking lot. All in the middle of a thunderstorm and downpour.

Was it all real or some weird hallucination of mine? And why?

18. Two years ago. Victoria Station. London.

I was going down after work to pick up a train ticket for a day trip out to Portsmouth the next day so I could go see the tall ships. When I exited the tube station and got on to the rail station concourse, there was a beautiful young woman dancing around in a fairy costume, collecting donations for an organization that helped local shut-ins.

I couldn't resist, and dropped a couple of 1 pound coins in her basket.
