Is it "So-to-mayer"? "Sa-to-mayer"? "So-to-my-or"?
To my credit I've only read the print news today, so I have no idea how it is pronounced phonetically.

1. So far I've heard it all three ways and a few other variations |

I think I heard Judge Sotomayor pronounce it "So-to-May-or" but I wouldn't swear by it. Just don't call her "Maria" like Mike Huckabee did.

From reading the name, I just assumed it was SO-to-my-OR, emphasis on the first and last syllables.
I can't recall ever having heard anyone pronounce it out loud. Weird...
