Every episode of House ever.... funny link!
First, a disclaimer: I love House and am currently watching all the episodes on DVD, but this is just FUNNY! Much as I love the show, it does get pretty damn ridiculous at times. First, the overabundance of seizures in the first season, then the third season where it seemed like just about every damn patient ended up with liver failure or kidney failure and, in a few cases, both. Oh, and you gotta love how they break into the patient's home in more episodes than not and have a look around.... I guess doctors need back-up skills in this economy, huh? :D

Like House or hate it, you gotta check this out :P

dozens of diagnoses, in each and every episode. Not to mention all the times he kills patients just to save them. In real life, a doctor like that would have been thrown out on his ass long ago. I love House.

Can you imagine if your doctor sat down and started talking and eating Vicodin like they're Sweetarts?? I'd be heading out the door FAST :scared:

5. It's almost become part of the attraction for me
I think part of the reason I watch now is something akin to a drinking game, only without the alcohol. I watch and wait for moments like the ones in the link and lmao

They seem to be a cross between Drs. and cops.

Can't Dr. House get his knee fixed?

22. They left out the part
Where House bullies a surgeon into performing a risky operation, which later proves unnecessary.

What HMO do these patients have, anyway? Nobody ever seems to have to call for authorization for anything.

I've never seen someone "poop a lung". However if it happened anywhere, it would show up on House. I love that silly show and this was great!

24. Funniest thing I ever heard on House
Though probably not intentionally.....

Season 1 this billionaire drug company bastard Vogler (or something like that) tries to buy his way into the hospital, to use it as a stage for clinical trials and use the staff to shill for his own pharmaceuticals. And when House doesn't jump through his hoops, he calls a board meeting and says that House is "everything that's wrong with health care in this country".

Great line just based on the complete absurdity factor of it, though it would have been better had he actually said it TO House, because I can only imagine what his comeback would have been.

25. One of the things I find ridiculous is the fact that someone...
...on the diagnostic team does EVERY single test or procedure they order.

MRI? Yep, there's one of them running the machine.
Pathology? They are peering into the microscope and counting the cells themselves.

26. And they all do their own lab work
At my local hospital, I don't even think the lab is in the same building. Or it least it wasn't the last time they had to stick a needle in me.
