but I plan to! Out of the times this has been on TV, I have only heard of a handful of the words, but it's still fun to watch!

4. WannaBeGrumpy was speller 107 in the 2002 National Spelling Bee...

We had a blast. They really show the children a good time, from the BBQ at Gunston Manor up to the Bee itself.

I love the bee! I just wish they weren't doin' all the commercials and extra stuff in between to drag it out to be a two hour show. I'd much rather watch with limited commercials.

7. That was fun but I can sure do without Bergeron and

whoever he was talking to. Also, the cross-over ads for Dancing With the Stars (and an appearance by Sean Johnson) and Biggest Loser sucked!

It's fun to watch the different techniques the kids use, like writing the word on your hand.

I knew how to spell 3, which is 3 more than last year: xebec (crossword puzzle word), Anasazi, and neufchatel.
