My neighbor across the street is on his cell phone outside his house telling a drug dealer that he needs "it" now because he is on curfew from 7pm til 7am and "if you can get it here ASAP that would really help because I really need it and like I said, I'll be here all night."

That was 2 hours ago. I just got home and he's STILL on the phone, outside begging for a fix. I'm supposed to be living in the Nirvana of the White Mountains, not the cesspool of Lynn MA. WTF?
