How do you calm yourself down after you've dealt with a difficult customer/patient/neighbor, etc.?

One of them left about 20 minutes ago and seems like my blood pressure is still up.

Doing something real physical is not an option right now.

Korn, Incubus, Mudvayne at full volume probably isn't an option either, huh?

I call it my anger management music.
