i think the interview went fairly well

i was a bit nervous, but i think i managed to come across as intelligent and capable. from what i could gather, they haven't done many, if any, interviews before me, but i didn't know if it would be proper to ask about that.

they said they'll make a decision on finalists next friday, so let's hope i don't spend the next week worrying too much.

9. It's a buyers market for employers. Anything you can do to make yourself

stand out, do it! That includes sending a handwritten thank you note. I hope you have also
alerted your references that they might be getting a call.
