The cat hair uptake is AMAZING! Sorry I couldnt vaccum for almost a month, untill I could afford a new vaccum. When I did, it was incredibly satifying.

2. The wind tunnel is great

make sure you get the one with the little mini vac that is stored just above the dirt container. Its not an attachment, its like a dirt devil and is great for apolstery, in a vertical position, traditionally hard to get rid of fur areas.

3. I've had that same model I think for a few years

Works pretty well. Just be careful when you are pulling the hose out of that hole on the back so you can hook on an attachment - I still have a scar where I gouged my hand on that little bracket that holds those extender attachments the side - it is really sharp on the bottom.
