I'm Having A Dinner Party Tonight - Who Wants Carbonara?

on the menu this evening:

Spaghetti a la Carbonara
Antipasti (marinated mushrooms, peppers, mozzarella, artichoke hearts, tortellini salad, salami, mortadella, garlic, basil, olive oil)
Gorgonzola crustini
Wine - lots of wine

so, how many of you can i expect?

5. I might make some pasta with roasted chicken

chopped up, then my own concoction of pasta sauce and hot sauce/crushed red peppers.
