Some good news for me today
I went to see the surgeon today. And he says that the lymph node is small enough that he's not sure a biopsy would even get at it. Therefore we are doing nothing at the moment. In 6 months or so I will go back to have a CT scan to see if its gotten any bigger. Other than that nothing...I'm very very relieved. Although I still am a medical oddity...The doc sure looked at me funny when I told him I have lymph node pain from the interferon. But I'm getting used to that..

3. My dear TZ...
Being a medical oddity is OK...as long as it's not a problem...

I'm really happy about your good news, sweetie!

4. w00t!
Just be glad that House isn't your doctor. He'd be so intrigued by the lymph node pain that you'd wind up having two MRIs, A PET scan, and three tricky biopsies. And then all your symptoms would turn out to be caused by something else entirely...

Does anyone else wonder what kind of medical insurance House's patients have? They seem to authorize everything!
