Who here is named after a pet?

Screen names, I mean.

"Dookus" was the name of a ball python I had many years ago. It was my first online name when the internet was JUST being invented by Al Gore. I've stuck with it since.

Anybody else?

btw... my nephew is named Zachary, after his mother's departed dog. Dumbass mutt ate a plastic garbage can and died from it. I hope my nephew does better.

I would be humiliated to know that I was named after a dog so stupid that he died eating a plastic trash can.

the penthouse pet my brother used to date - does that count? (I'm still shaking my head over that one.)

I have known several friends who used their pet's names as screen names online, usually deceased pets.

But my screen name is after the dessert my great-aunt used to give me as a child - rote grutzen.
