mmmmm...breakfast for dinner...llllaaaaaaggghhhllll...
Big pile of scrambled eggs with tomato basil cheddar cheese, bacon, wheat tost and orange juice.

I am in heaven, and God, simultaneously.

...llllaaaaaaagggghhhhhllll...

2. Will, you sick puppy!
I think eating breakfast for dinner is perverse. On the other hand, I have absolutely no problem with eating dinner for breakfast (mmm!).

9. I agree - ever have cold pizza and beer?
Not for when you are going to work, obviously - but great for weekend mornings especially during football season.

3. I think I could eat breakfast food any time of the day, too.
Edited on Sun Mar-14-04 07:48 PM by Droopy
We have it around the Droopy household occasionaly. I'll take an omelette with mushrooms and cheese, biscuits and gravy, and smoked sausage.

21. Yes, oh yes, one of the favorite memories from childhood.
Sunday evening, breakfast for dinner. With cinnamon toast and orange juice. Did breakfast for dinner a lot when money got tight, but it was delicious and we children considered it a treat. Dang, I love my mom.

10. I love breakfast for dinner.
The other evening we had pancakes, bacon, and sauteed apples for dinner.

At age 47 I finally learned the secret to making good pancakes.

13. Really?
Club soda? How much? Don't think I've ever seen anyone use club soda in pancakes. Who knew?

My momma makes good pancakes and she doesn't use club soda. But then again I've never been able to replicate her success either. It's my personal shame. :(

15. Club soda instead of water in the mix
makes for puffy, yummy pancakes.

20. I don't use mix -
I make them from scratch. I separate the eggs, then whisk the egg whites till they're light and frothy. Then fold them in with the rest of the ingredients.

I suppose it's the same concept as adding club soda - introducing extra air into the batter.

I just got the final version from Truthout. Great. I posted it in Editorials. Maybe you should post it in GD.

19. I love breakfast foods at any time of the day
If I have to go to a "family restaurant," I prefer one that says "breakfast served 24 hours."
