I was just about to add good ol' Yuengling to the mix ;-). Fun side note: my bro and his wife were married in the Yuengling mansion out in eastern PA (it's available for public rental these days-- no special familial connection on my part).

18. The only north american beer I ever found drinkable is Moosehead
and I drank a few. I really hate literally every beer that´s supposedly coming from Europe. Why ? Because I know the original and even in Heineken or Löwenbräu´s case (and both are absolute crap even as originals) the US version is yet another flight of stairs down.

No wonder most americans puke on each other the first time they´re in Germany. They never learned how to drink properly, they just gulp it down as fast as they can to avoid the horrid taste.
