True story - I witnessed it!!!

Yesterday I joined 250+ peace activists who marched from the Camden DE Friends Meeting House to Dover Air Force Base (4 miles). For those of you who don't know the significances of Dover AFB - it's where the dead return from Iraq ( :cry: )

It was a nice day for a 4 mile march and we had great speakers at Dover AFB including parents of sons who died in Iraq, several ex-soldiers who had just recently served in Iraq AND Charles Rangel D-NY.

We would see an occasion pro-war supporter but most folks were supportive of our cause especially in light of the fact that the march was held in a more republican area of the state.

But the funniest moment had to be the warmonger who had signs taped all over his car (ps - duct tape peals pant off of cars you dumb idiot) supporting Bush and saying how "War is the Answer". The peace activists were in front of Dover AFB but on the side of the road so we did not block traffic (we had perments permitting us to do this). But this asshole in the Nissan Maxima decided to park his car in front of us peace activists and honk his horn while mothers were talking about how their sons died in iraq (how sympathetic....NOT!!).
Only problem - this guy stopped his car in the right hand lane of a MAJOR intersection on Rte 13 in Delaware (it was the intersection of 13 & 10 - massive!). So thanks to this guy - traffic was blocked so he could make an ass of himself.

Thanks to the Delaware State Police Officers who showed up about 10 minuets later with his lights flashing. The car moved out of the way and the cop ended up pulling him over and ticketing the driver (we're not sure for what - but we could see the cop writing a ticket).

So to that Moran in the Nissan Maxima who duct taped signs to his car (it was a newer car too). I hope your support of Bush was worth the ticket you'll have to pay for!!!!!

2. Yeah that guy is real patriotic

He can't even drive an American car. And he's probably griping to anybody who will listen about how those "damn protestors" should pay his ticket. Good for the police for doing their jobs too.

I would just love to see the claim he makes to the insurance company!

My sister is a claims adjuster, and I have heard about some truly asinine claims, but this one is priceless.
