Anybody ever see Runaway Jury?
Does anybody know whether jury tampering is a problem in high-stakes civil cases?

2. I read the book...
...and I feel it's possible. That said, it can't be easy or the repukes wouldn't be so intent on legislating limits on awards from civil actions.
