Man Mutilates Self, Jumps Off Bridge On 128

Geyserville fire department workers say a man stripped down naked, ran around in public a bit, cut off his own penis and dove off a bridge on state Highway 128 over the Russian River today. A fire department worker says the man and his severed part have been transported to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. His condition there is unknown.
