1. Chocolate with chocolate syrup

I always loved that, and then found out earlier this year when reading an account of RFK's '68 campaign that he ate the same thing, in copious amounts.

3. And add chocolate turtle shell to that mix.

Chocolate ice cream, choc turtle shell, hersheys-type chocolate syrup. With a sprinking of chocolate dropping and chocolate brownies. The only non-choc thing I'd add is whipped cream.
