4. I honestly wish I could...
But in a 600 square foot house with 2 dogs, 4 cats, 1 rabbit and Paul, I don't think there's any room.

I keep saying I'll get rid of something but Paul won't let me pack his bags.

5. What a sweet looking dog.
And yes, I also prefer animals to people.

6. I never seem to buy an animal but they buy me.
Both my cats are strays that I have had 10 years any how, my dog is from my sister who died and no one wanted her dog, and the dog before came from a box in a store. It seems a stray animal is un-safe around me.I lived in the South and around Southerns,if I heard once I heard 1000 times. They did not think you should neuterer animals as they should be able to do what God wanted them to do. So in Anchorage they used to put to sleep in to the 100 per week of animals left when the Southern left in the Fall. It was a shame. Could God have wanted starving animals all over the world? It was the same when I lived in SC.My mother had to do the same in Maine in the Fall when the Summer people left as so many left their animals and since we were Winter people these poor animals would end up at our home. Usually to ill to be saved. The program to have your animal neutered seems to have worked in NE but it must be pushed hard through out the US. I say it worked in NE as that leaving animals seemed to die out with all this shelter and not letting animals just breed and breed. We all have our rants.

7. It's bad in the rural areas of Michigan and Wisconsin, too...
It's not 'worth' the expense. If people have too many puppies or kittens you can either just give them away or let them fend for themselves or, better still, the Humane Society will take them. After all, isn't that what they are there for?

<Sigh> People can be so thick sometimes.

8. Looks like our Tasha
I would question the age though.. They usually don't get the grizzled muzzle til they are about 5 or 6..

Labs are the sweetest dogs ever :):)
