It's almost five am PT - I've been at work 21 1/2 hours
We had a majot snafu..I had to start relaying out the paper at FIVE OCLOCK LAST NIGHT.

THe Secretary here stay with me until three am...she's getting something nice.

I'm not tired, oddly enough. But I am beat.

Oh well, back to the grind

3. my personal record was 40 hours straight
...upgrading a mozzarella cheese molding machine at a dairy in lovely South Gate, California. Started at 7 AM Thursday morning, lasted until 11 PM Friday... with a 30-minute nap around 4 AM. Also did a couple of other 24+ hour shifts at other factories. Worst thing was the hallucinations.

It was a dairy thing -- you can't tell the cows to hold the milk in, and the milk silos just fill up... Thankfully my present employer doesn't supply the dairy industry and I'm not forced to meet inhuman schedules like that anymore.
