1. I dunno. I still occasionally think about the dream sequence from "Screen Test."
No video available...

The sexiest soft-core scene ever filmed...

3. How far back is back?
When I was about four, I was in love with Nelson Eddy and jealous of Jeanette MacDonald.

7. Sigh. Still remember Loretta sweeping thru the door, that skirt as
wide as she was tall.

I take it Saturday nights with Lawrence "Turn Off The Bubble Machine!" Welk was manadory.

11. Oh, yeah. And my first act of rebellion was to be pissy when
The Addams Family was put into that same time slot on another channel.

A gentler, more civilized age. :)

15. Hank's kid was pretty amazing.
I'm speaking of Peter Fonda in EASY RIDER.

I saw it on a big screen at WorldFest a few years ago. It was the director's print (Dennis Hopper's) and had only been screened three or four times, we were told.

Peter Fonda was a major league SexGod in Easy Rider.

I was hoping someone would remember that one. Watch McCrea's hands.

The More the Merrier -- funny, sexy, and patriotic. Not a bad deal, considering it was made under rationing and the Hays code!

Nowadays they rip their clothes off within 30 seconds, so there is really no hotness.

18. The horse racing dialog from "The Big Sleep"
Edited on Thu Aug-13-09 08:19 AM by Richardo
Lauren Bacall and Humphrey Bogart

Vivian: Speaking of horses, I like to play them myself. But I like to see them workout a little first, see if they're front runners or comefrom behind, find out what their whole card is, what makes them run.
Marlowe: Find out mine?
Vivian: I think so.
Marlowe: Go ahead.
Vivian: I'd say you don't like to be rated. You like to get out in front, open up a little lead, take a little breather in the backstretch, and then come home free.
Marlowe: You don't like to be rated yourself.
Vivian: I haven't met anyone yet that can do it. Any suggestions?
Marlowe: Well, I can't tell till I've seen you over a distance of ground. You've got a touch of class, but I don't know how, how far you can go.
Vivian: A lot depends on who's in the saddle.

22. or lots of dialogue from "To Have or Have Not"
Edited on Fri Aug-14-09 02:25 PM by kwassa
Bogart (playing Steve) and Bacall (playing Slim)

(Slim kisses Steve)
Steve: What did you do that for?
Slim: I've been wondering if I'd like it.
Steve: What's the decision?
Slim: I don't know yet.
(They kiss again)
Slim: It's even better when you help.

Slim: I'm hard to get, Steve. All you have to do is ask me.
Steve: You know what you're getting into. It's gonna be rough.

Slim: You know you don't have to act with me, Steve. You don't have to say anything, and you don't have to do anything. Not a thing. Oh, maybe just whistle. You know how to whistle, don't you, Steve? You just put your lips together and... blow.

I would submit the sequence of meeting, wooing, marrying, and especially honeymooning between Michael Corleone and the lovely Apollonia in Sicily.
