I left George Zimmer a voice mail thanking him and The Men's Wearhouse for pulling their advertising

I used to work for the company a long time ago, and actually met Zimmer at the annual Christmas party. (Great guy, by the way...) I told him how proud I was of him for standing up against hate radio; or at least for refusing any longer to subsidize it.

Think I'll go shopping at the Men's Wearhouse... B-)

2. It's the only place I have bought suits/accessories since 1992

Always get outstanding service, and reasonable prices.

Granted, I don't dress up often - just for my wedding, other weddings, interviews, a couple of formal dinners, funerals here and there - but it's nice to have a reliable go-to store to get suits, jackets, ties, shirts, shoes, etc.

I have known that Zimmer is a Dem (or as far as I know, leans that way) for years. Telling Beck to get bent is a bonus.

Not really a discount place, but then they don't advertise themselves as such. And everything I have from there is great quality.

His name's Roger. Hell of a guy, and a great boss.
