3. Be careful....

I used to work at the Wendy's drive-through window as a young teen. The person speaking into the order speaker could be heard by everybody in the kitchen. Pricks got special sauce with their burgers, if you know what I mean.

I'm not calling you a prick though! Sounds like they had a shitty intercom or the person working the window needs to be reassigned to the fry station.

5. Actually..since I'm a sound Engineer, the people who purchase those...

..HORRID Pa's for fast food places should be forced to sit in their car for 10 days while "She's having my Baby" is played 763 times
over the PA.

I don't think I am even capable of making a sound system sound so Wretched. :)

HOUSTON—Next time you pull up to a fast-food drive-through, the voice you hear could be miles away.

Some restaurant chains, including Jack in the Box and Wendy’s, are giving outsourcing a try.

Orders will be taken from a call center instead of at the restaurants themselves.

The centers will be staffed with dozens of workers.

Jack in the Box said the goal is to be more efficient and accurate, but critics said it’s a way for restaurants to cut jobs.
