Pic sharing help pleeeze?

I can save pictures to photobucket (takes a while on dialup, but it gets there). But when I try to share them here they come out about the same size as a postage stamp. When I try to enlarge a pic in photobucket it takes a very long time, and then only the link appears when I try to post the photo here. What am I doing wrong? And thanks for helping!

1. When you copy the link from photobucket into DU...

are you copying what photobucket calls the "direct link"?

There are a few choices on the link...try using the direct link choice. Good luck!

2. I use Webshots and Photobucket. Found Webshots easier.

Much easier to upload and you don't have to size it, just check the size you want to display when you get the code. A snap.

(I had dialup for the longest time, so I sympathize.)

One thing I just found out though. You can't replace a photo. That's too bad...I like having that option.
