Facebookers, I need your expertise...
...my girlfriend has an account and is trying to send a message to someone she's not friends with. She clicks "send X a message," fills out the message in the popup, and then gets an error message which says "No Recipient - you must specify at least one recipient" even though the software put the person's name in the "To:" column.

I don't have a Facebook account and therefore have no idea what she can do about this, but I figure at least one of you might.

Anyone?

1. not sure, but
maybe you can't send a message to someone you're not friends with, unless it's a friend request?
