2. I tell that to a friend all the time

He never had a computer until I gave him my email address, and he decided he wanted to communicate with me that way (we lived in different states). He then discovered Napster, and I pointed out that not only was he sharing in the fruits of other people's labors without paying for them, the way Napster was set up was that it had a centralized server that ran and stored things. Classic socialism.

Once while visiting him, I noticed a sack of crushed cans in his garage and asked if he had decided to start recycling. He said no because those were for a friend of his who recycled cans for extra money. I pointed out to him that he was recycling by proxy. He didn't like that.
