7. My Own Conclusions

There is a lot of "grade inflation" in Rhea County, TN schools.

Bachelor Degrees? That number may be from the guys who said they weren't married or didn't have a girlfriend.

9. I hate to say this, but maybe they just need a few thousand

people with different opinions to move there and take the county over!! Elect a new ruling elite and undo everything.
