1. Forbes and trademarks.
Not sure why I clicked on it, what me hating repuke entities and all...

Interestingly enough, they name their conference rooms after Trek characters. Given how Viacom is notorious for trademarking things (against Gene Roddenberry's wishes, Paramount happily put trademarks on "tricorder", "warp", et al, and even went after IBM for their product "OS/2 Warp")... Methinks Viacom (who owns Paramount, amongst others) should go after them for infringement. If they attack innocent website owners who aren't in it for profit, they damn well should go after businesses...
