He is not a genius, never was, but he has this Ted Bundy-like cunning which enabled him to scheme and plot to pull off the most outrageous stunts, always to the detriment of those he sees as being of less 'worth' than himself.

He's like a hyena or a jackal. He feeds on the weak. And if his target is not weak, he plots, lies, and weasels until he can find what he sees as a perceived weakness in his victim, and he pounces. He's carrion, like a vulture. He feeds on the flesh of the weak and the injured.

Without an idiot like bush*, he wouldn't be able to live out his fantasy of being the powerful evil genius filled he sees himself as being. And luckily for him, bush* is a sociopath, unable to distinguish right from wrong and completely without conscience. It was a sad day in the history of this country when the idiot and the vulture got together.
