I just ate the BEST salad!

For any of you who may remember my post regarding the fresh crab meat I was given on Monday - I finally ate some!

I made a salad of mixed organic greens (even had some fresh dill in there!) and organic baby spinach. On top, a whole vine ripened tomato, some green onion, a hard boiled egg, LOTS of peas, a mountain of fresh crab meat, and some "salad topper" stuff that includes seasoning, soybeans, sunflower seeds, and fake bacon bits.

I sat down with my huge plate of salad and 3 bottles of salad dressing. I had a small amount of Paul Newman's Italian that I wanted to use up, and after that, I used the Russian, and the Ranch.

YUM! That was soooo freakin good!

4. I love using up stuff from the fridge, esp bottles that are nearly

empty. Congrats on finishing off the Newman's.

That salad was heaven - I want to make it right now except there's no crab in the house!
