Has anyone here dealt with AFLAC?

Ive got a problem. They lied to me. We were given numbers and told they were a monthly payment amount. Then we signed up, though I dont recall having signed anything. Then due to a mixup, we were not charged anything for 2 months(aflac thought we were going via payroll deduction, payroll thought we were paying independantly). Now we find out those were biweekly numbers. Which more than doubles the cost we were told. And payroll has paid them what they asked, and would like checks from us.

I would never have agreed to the amount as it has been billed. And I very specifically asked whether it was monthly or my paycheck, and they very specifically lied. And I do not think I or my company should owe anything, and that aflac should pay the money back, as I have no interest in the coverage at at that cost. I am pretty sure I never signed anything that agreed to this. What should I do?
