Is it as easy as emigrating to Canada?
Or do you need to shell out over 10K? (You can get a Canadian Green card for $5K, but if you have skills they want the price drops very quickly)

1. I have a skill that Canada wants... |
|
to bad I can't use it anymore. My daughter hates it that she doesn't have it because she wants to leave here.
I keep telling my English GP that she has to take me with her if she returns home, but she says that she is not going back and that the USA is her home now. Dang her!
Sorry, I can't help you with information. All I have is jabber.

I worked with youths with behavior disorders (this covers a wide range of problems). Canada supposedly has a high population of 'street kids' and one of the skills/experience they were looking for some years ago was people who could work with troubled youths. Something I use to be really good at.
Unfortunately I am physically disabled and suffer from several disorders including PTSD caused by my life experiences . I would not be a good candidate for them. My daughter does not have the temperament to do this type of work. She is too shy and inhibited. Sometimes she hates me because I am not. Oh well. :nopity:

8. Sounds like a plan to me. lol |

My first ancestor to come to America was from Holland back in the 1600s. Wonder if I could talk them to deport me back to there. ;)
Otherwise, I am stuck here. No direct line to any one country other than here. I am such a mutt!
I would love to even visit some of these countries but that is unlikely to happen. Especially the Scandinavian ones. Oh, Scotland and Ireland also.
