I haven't had a cig in 5 years.
this time

I gained 30 more pounds
on top of the pounds from last time.

god I could use a smoke

but I was the one that lived in town with my mom
she didn't quit, well
we all quit someday

I got to sit with her at home
hose up her nose, chemicals in the dripper, pills on the nightstand
she never took pills, ate meat, took chances...

but she smoked and that thing grew inside her
and ate her

and now I don't really need that smoke.

----

fight through, it's worth it.

8. You don't even want a cigarette. The tobacco companies want you to have a cigarette
You do not want a cigarette. Doesn't it feel good to not have smoked today? Endorse yourself!

10. Here is a picture of Smoker wrinkles
Also it helps with the sagging of the boobies! I worked as a waitress (where i picked up the habit) in wacko tx and there was this oldschool waitress (think oldschool waffle house diner waitress) with those wrinkles who was a hardcore smoker. good inspiration

17. Just think how proud you'll be when you are done with all the craves. I've been quit almost 1 1/2
years and I still smile every time I am reminded I am quit.

18. Here's what I did
I got one of those sports bottles with a plastic tube/straw sticking out. I kept it with me at all times and filled with either water or diet soda (you could also pick sugared soda or tea or sweet tea). Every time I wanted to take a drag, I took a hit off the bottle instead. This did two things. It satisfied the hand-mouth fixation, and it acts as a cleanse to help remove nicotine from your system.

Good luck.

OMG, the cravings have been vicious the last two days. But no, I'm NOT gonna go buy a pack. No.
