Check out this property in my old neighborhood

I used to live a block away from that property and it would be cool to live there again. Nice, little working class neighborhood situated close to the Great Miami River in West Carrollton, Ohio near Dayton. I don't remember that lot, though. Seems like there used to be a house there. I guess maybe it burned down or was otherwise condemned. That price is correct, btw. Real estate is cheap around here, but that seems like it may be a little too cheap. I wonder if there is some problem with the lot.
