3. Not likely, and not exactly...
it's a pretty universal topic, and I don't hear any real similarities in the music...

Now that Al Yankovich guy, HE rips off songs all the time! It's almost like he's TRYING to sound like the other person's song, and he doesn't even bother with obscure songs. He goes for the biggest songs, while they're still popular even! Someone should call HIM out on that crap!

He was sued by Coldplay because he hasn't done a parody of any of their songs.
