Been one near me, my apartment building is visible, with my neighbor's old beater of a car in front. :-)

1. Yeah driven right out front.
On "street level". What's real fun is looking at the top secret government facilities they drive by.

3. Yes.
They came on trash collection day--after the collection. As usual, my dumpster was in the middle of the driveway, so I couldn't get onto the drive without getting out of my car and moving it. The recycle bin was in the neighbor's yard, also a normal occurrence. They just fling 'em wherever after emptying them.

4. They came by
my folks house a couple of years ago, apparently when I was there visiting. The Jeep Wrangler I used to own (and love very dearly) is in the driveway in the pic. When I get nostalgic for it I know I can always find it there....until they take the next picture, anyway!

5. They've been past my house, but they have my address totally wrong.
Most of these online maps can't get their rural shit together. You can't see my house because we live away from the road, but you can see the driveways, which is cool.

6. If I see it, I'm going to moon it.
I'm talking a full exposure, bent over with the teabag hanging out moon.

7. I remembered the street address of an old acquaintence...
...in Switzerland yesterday. So I did the street view. He happened to be out front when the Google car drove by. In the past 20 years since I last saw him, he's cultivated a big, fat pregnant belly.

8. For whatever reason, it skipped my neighborhood.
It did the main roads around me and some of the other neighborhoods, but not mine.

My parents current house is viewable (although I think the picture was taken shortly before they bought it), as are my grandparents old house. But my old childhood house in Maryland is not viewable....too isolated still, I guess.

9. Fucker actually drove right into my outdoor spa shower while I was in it.
I won't tell you the coordinates, though.

10. Yes, my house is right there
but you can't really see anything because of the trees at the road front. :7

You can see my driveway and mailbox though. :D

11. Yep. And they came by after I'd painted my house a wild tropical color.
Which is nice because my far-away friends and family won't go "yuk" when I describe it. They can see that it looks awesome.:D

12. We can see our house here in California, with my old car
When I looked at my mom's house in Massachusetts, where I grew up, I had to place the 'little yellow person' up and down the street until the school bus going by was no longer in a position to block my view. It scared me for a second, I was in the street and a car was headed right for me!

15. They stopped one street away from my house, and I am very
thankful for that. I'm certain that if they came by, it would be at the exact moment when I'd be outside, looking ridiculous or doing something stupid.

17. I just checked
They came right up my obscure little road but missed my driveway (and house). I can't imagine that it's because my driveway looks like a cow path.

19. Yep
And they had to wait until I was in the middle of doing a bunch of work, had shit stacked up in the yard waiting to burn and the place looked like a general wreck when they came by :(

20. If it comes down my street, I'll stand in from of my house with a big, honkin'
sign that says "FUCK YOU."

Screw a bunch of "interconnectedness" and/or "information wants to be free." If I want anyone to see what my house looks like, I'll post a picture my own damnself.
