Who found some dinosaur bones in the prison yard, then got some books about dinosaurs and found more bones and over the years became a respected paleontologist? Can't remember where I saw it. I think the prison was in Pennsylvania. It might have happened in the 1960s or so.

5. I'm gonna take credit for that. For setting it up. |
I think it's my desperate plea for help and then my innocent response offering the helpful and informative information that I had requested after so many posters clearly ignored my call for help, is what cracks your shit up. Then qnr's response. :P

8. And that is a fascinating story about the inmate. |
I tried Googling to see what he was in for, but wasn't able to turn anything up.
Great sig pic you have, too!

10. Yes, you get the win on that one. Technically though, you weren't ignored. I did |
a little browsing, but I didn't have a lot of specifics, and then real life intruded :)

11. Naa, your response was more clever. |
I was just being sad and pathetic kicking my own thread with a response for myself.

6. There was another story of dino tracks found around Quakertown, PA |
maybe 15-20 years ago while they were digging up a field to put in a minimall. The trackls were photographed, and then paved over - they are now a parking lot.

7. I hope they protected them some how. |
Actually being covered back up is probably the best protection, but not if they just poured asphalt directly into them.

I think the bulldozed them out of existence.
