2. A Whopper? If your diet is fatty mystery meat, I don't want to know where you read about it. |

3. Don't know how well it works for you, but sometimes sugarless gum curbs my |
|
late-night hunger pangs. Other times I eat some celery with a bit of one of those Laughing Cow cheese wedge thingies.

4. I'm watching my weight too... |
|
My favorite snacks are cheddar and crackers...
Or several ounces of Planters Energy Mix...
And lots of water!
Good luck!

8. I fell asleep, missed dinner, and woke up with them munchies... |
|
a few hours ago.
Made a grilled cheese on rye. (Wish I had some ham and tomatoes to throw in there.)
Still hungry an hour later I found pierogies in the freezer. Four of 'em did just fine.
Me go sleep again soon.

Go for some raw veggies dipped in ranch. Celery, carrots, string beans, broccoli... they are all great when dipped in ranch :D
